St. Patrick’s Day is just past … but St. Patrick’s month is still here. The schedule isn’t as jam-packed as it was last week, but you can keep the celebration going.
Here’s what’s on.
Friday, March 19
Raymond Coleman, John McGillian and Tim Buchanan appear at Gaul & Co. Malthouse, 704 Huntingdon Pike in Rockledge, starting at 9 p.m.
Saturday, March 20
John Byrne and Maura Dwyer are scheduled to appear at Kelly Center, 4 East Eagle Road in Havertown, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance, and $25 at the door. Advance sales close 5 p.m. the day of the show. Details and tickets here.
Sunday, March 21
Tom Crumm and Friends and the McDade-Cara School of Irish Dance headline at a family-friendly outdoor event, sponsored by the Chestnut Hill Community Association, starting at 1 p.m. at MiMi’s Market & Café, 184 East Evergreen Avenue (just a block in from Germantown Avenue, behind the Wells Fargo Bank) in Chestnut Hill. It’s free. Social distancing and mask wearing are required. A high of 61 and sunny on Sunday—perfect weather for it.
Saturday, March 27
Take in a John O’Callaghan acoustic set at Curley’s Pub, 8929 Krewstown Road in Northeast Philly, starting at 3 p.m.
Out there a bit, but worth mentioning early: Jamison Celtic Rock, the full band, is scheduled to appear at Sweeney’s Philly, April 3 at 7 p.m. Capacity is limited. Reservations preferred.
And that’s it for now. See you next time. Be safe!
