Saturday, July 25, marks a big milestone as the Philadelphia Gaelic Athletic Association returns for football and hurling at the Philly GAA’s Limerick field, 945 Longview Road in Pottstown, in the shadow of the Limerick cooling towers. Protocols have been established to keep players, coaches, referees and fans as safe as possible.

Finally, Glenside Gaelic Club and Glenside Celtic are hosting speed and conditioning summer training sessions for kids Thursday, July 30th (the first of three consecutive Thursday sessions). The event runs from 6 to 7 p.m. for U8s and U10s, and from 7 to 8 p.m. for U12s and U14s. Sessions take place at Mondauk Common Park, 1415 Dillon Road in Ambler. It’s $10 per session.
